Urban Living Solutions (ULS) was established in 2016 by Kim “Leang” Kean and it brands itself as a community-focused real estate development firm, one that truly looks at the Cambodian landscape to ensure projects are built around and for the people who will live and work there. ULS is the lead developer for Rose Apple Square, project managing the overall concept, master plan, architecture, interior design, and management. Building off the success of its other signature projects in both Phnom Penh and Siem Reap, ULS wants Rose Apple Square to become a new landmark addition to the cityscape and life of Siem Reap.
The Project & Sales Team-ULS
The Project Team for Rose Apple Square is led in tandem by Project Manager Sothynavith Lim and ULS Project Development Director Daniel Chavez. Navith is a London educated architect trained in design, construction, and urban planning. Daniel is a licensed civil engineer from California and has worked on projects in the United States, Nepal, Myanmar, Cambodia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
Landscape Design-Native Landscape Design
ULS commissioned Pablo Marcet and his team at Native Landscape Design to create green public spaces within Rose Apple Square to help residents and visitors enjoy a more balanced lifestyle. In addition to Rose Apple Square, Native is responsible for the greenery of another ULS project in Siem Reap – Bakong Village. Marcet was also at the helm of the popular pop-up park Odom Garden in Phnom Penh.
The Architects-RE-EDGE Architecture + Design
Re-Edge Architecture + Design is an award-winning firm founded by an overseas-trained Cambodian architect, Hun Chansan, in 2011. Re-Edge develops architecture with an urbanist approach, understanding the effects and consequences of development by focusing on three main keywords: CREATION, URBANITY, and SUSTAINABILITY.
Construction & Management-Urban Cambo Builders
