A new landmark set to transform Bishan
“I think you need to, as an architect, understand the essence of a place and create a building that feels like it resonates with the culture of a place.” – Moshe Safdie
Inspired by Habitat 67, an architectural landmark in Montreal, Canada, that transformed the face of urban living, Moshe Safdie puts a new spin on city-fringe living with Sky Habitat, redefining apartment living through design, form and function.
An architectural icon that stands the test of time
Distinctive in design, ‘modern classics’ are iconic symbols that transcend time. Widely considered as one of the most recognisable buildings in Canada, the Habitat 67 model community and housing complex was built in Montreal in 1967 with Moshe Safdie at the helm, and has been celebrated as a development of architectural significance ever since.
Echoing the traits of a future architectural landmark, Sky Habitat is set to shape the vibrant, mature residential estate of Bishan into one that will change the face of city-fringe living. Much like the design icons that we know of today, Sky Habitat will be one such development that remains a modern classic, shaping how we live, now and tomorrow.
Where generous outdoor spaces are extensions of your home
There’s always room to breathe at Sky Habitat. Come home to your own garden retreat in the sky, where spacious balconies allow you to bring the outside in or to extend your internal spaces.
Plan a dinner under the stars, tend to your very own herb garden and bond with the family at home, Sky Habitat gives you space and freedom to entertain and celebrate every occasion.

Natural fissure lines, fossils and pigmentation can appear on the surfaces of polished marble and granite being a result of the formation process. While such material can be pre-selected before installation, this non-conformity cannot be avoided. Granite tiles are pre-polished before laying and care has been taken for their installation. However granite, being a much harder material than marble cannot be re-polished after installation. Hence, some differences may be felt at the joints. The tonality and pattern of the marble or granite selected and installed shall be subject to availability. - Timber strips are natural materials containing veins and tonality difference. Thus it is not possible to achieve total consistency of colour and grain in their selection and installation. - Glass is a manufactured material that is not 100% pure.
