Note: Purchaser is liable to pay annual fee, subscription fee or any such fees to the relevant service provider or any other relevant authorities for the service and/or connection. The Developer is not responsible to make arrangements with the service provider for the service connection to the individual apartments.

Lightning protection system shall be provided in accordance with Singapore Standard CP 33: 1996.

. Note:
• Marble, granite and slate are natural stone materials containing veins and tonality differences. There will be colour and marking caused by their complex mineral composition and incorporated impurities. While such material can be preselected before installation, this nonconformity cannot be totally avoided. The granite flooring will be pre-polished before laying and care will be taken during installation. However, granite being a harder material than marble, cannot be re-polished after installation. Hence some difference at the joints is unavoidable.
• Timber is a natural material containing veins and tonal differences. Thus it is not possible to achieve total consistency of colour and grain in its selection and installation.
• The multi-split air-conditioning system has to be maintained and cleaned on a regular basis by the Purchaser. This includes the cleaning of filters and clearing the condensate pipes to ensure good working condition of the system.
• For Infra-structure cabling work, Purchaser wilt have to pay annual fee, subscription fee or any such fee to the service provider as may be appointed by the Developer or Management Corporation when it is formed.
• The layout of all wardrobes and kitchen cabinets is subject to the architect's final design.
• All open roof terraces, open balconies, open patios and private enclosed spaces (PES) are exposed to sky to comply with Authorities' approval.
