Note:
Marble and granite are neural stone materials containing veins, fissures and with tonality differences. There.will-be colour and markings caused by their complex mineral composition and incorporated impurities. While such materials can be pre-selected before installation, this non-conformity in the marble or granite as well as non-uniformity between pieces hence cannot be totally avoided. Granite tiles are pre-polished before laying and care has been taken for their installation. However granite being a much harder material than marble cannot be re-polished after installation. Hence, some differences may be felt at the joints. Although the marble and granite slabs/tiles are cut and produced by available standards of workmanship and machinery, the surfaces of these materials are not perfectly straight or flat and it is not always possible to avoid the resultant gaps/voids formed beneath the marble and granite slabs/tiles alter installation. The tonality and pattern of marble or granite selected and installed shall be subject to availability.
The Purchaser is liable to pay annual fee, subscription fee and such other fees to the StarHub Cable Vision Ltd (SCV) or any other relevant party or any other relevant authorities. Timber strips are natural materials containing grains and tonal differences. Thus it is not possible to achieve total consistency of colour and grain in their selection and installation.
Layout/Location of wardrobe, kitchen cabinets and fan coil units are subject to the Architect's sole discretion, and final design.
Air-conditioning system has to be maintained and cleaned on a regular basis by the Purchaser from the time possession of the Unit is handed over by the Vendor. That includes the cleaning of filters and clearing the condensate pipes to ensure good working condition of the system.
The brand(s) and model(s) of equipment, sanitary wares, fittings, accessories and other appliances to be supplied by the Vendor may be changed with comparable alternative(s) subject to vendor(s) sole discretion.
