About The Centris

At The Centris, all you’ll have to take to get to the MRT is the lift from your condominium. Imagine no longer having to waste time-fighting your way onto crowded feeder buses. Just step into the lift and go down to Boon Lay MRT. From there you’re only about half an hour away from Raffles Place and Orchard Road. And linking the MRT station, there will be a new air-conditioned bus interchange. Prefer travelling by road? – the AYE, KJE and PIE are nearby, keeping The Centris connected to every corner of Singapore. There’s even a free shuttle bus service to Nanyang Technological University. The proposed LRT will be in place to whisk you round your new neighbourhood.

Look what’s here!
• Good primary and secondary schools
• Jurong Junior College
• Institutes of higher education like NTU – “MIT of the East”
• Frontier Community Club (library and Yamaha Music School)
• The Chinese Garden
• The Japanese Garden
• Singapore Science Centre
• Jurong BirdPark O Singapore Discovery Centre
• Jurong West Sports Complex

At The Centris, your home is just above Singapore’s biggest suburban mall. Need something in a hurry? Press the lift button and you’re there! Downstairs are hundreds of exciting shops in Jurong Point, which was voted Singaporeans’ favourite suburban shopping centre.

For the brand new Jurong Point, the management is planning a huge hypermart as well as themed shopping areas that will specialise in IT/digital, health and beauty, street fashion and other special interests.

It’s not all shopping, either. There’s a large cineplex, and a wealth of places to eat — including a proposed new, extended-hours eatery. Virtually every week there are different activities happening in Jurong Point for the family to enjoy. From Singapore Idol to Project Superstar, Chinese New Year to Christmas, you can enjoy it all at Jurong Point.

Most master bedrooms and selected master bathrooms incorporate contemporary bay windows. There’s another little luxury that all master bedrooms are fitted with -designer wardrobes.

The open kitchen concept is an ideal layout, where your movements are not hindered by unnecessary walls or cabinets. You’re able to move smoothly from one task to the next, from fridge to worktop to stove. Then sit down to a peaceful meal in the adjacent dining area. Some units even feature separate wet and dry kitchens.

The list of water features alone seems endless — the adventure pool where your little ones can play pirates, a pond where you can be still and listen to the rhythmic, relaxing sounds of cascading waters, a Jacuzzi, a reflecting pool where you can enjoy quiet meditation, the open-air hot tubs and last but by no means least a huge 50m pool.

What else is on Club Terrace?
• Clubhouse
• Gym
• BBQ pavilion
• Putting green
• Tennis court
• Reflexology garden
• Sand pits
• Playground
• Outdoor fitness station
• Multipurpose court

NOTES :
i) Marble & Granite
Marble & granite are natural materials containing veins with tonality differences. There will be colour and markings caused by their complex mineral composition and incorporated impurities. While such materials can be pre-selected before installation, this non-conformity in the marble or granite hence cannot be totally avoided. Granite tiles are pre-polished before laying and care has been taken for their installation. However granite, being a much harder material than marble cannot be re-polished after installation. Hence, some level differences will be felt at the joints. ii) Timber Timber is a natural material containing veins with tonality differences. Thus, it is not possible to achieve total consistency of colour and grain in its selection and installation.

iii) Cable-readiness
