Inspiration By Design
Ore of the most precious gifts given to mankind is his ability to design his environment. To create things of beauty. To leave an imprint on his milieu. And so it was with the designers of The Trillium. Three towers of sheer elegance. Inspired by the dawn of a new age in city living.
A tribute to the new vision. Each tower has three differently sculptured petals. Each is oriented to present a moving pattern as one passes by. Each apartment has its own personal lift entrance and broad viewing terraces. Articulated sun shading to help provide an inner climate of cool comfort.
A Desirable Neighbourhood
River-side nightlife, the bustle of Orchard Road, the dignity of Grange Road, the greenery of the Botanic Gardens — these are all in the palm of your hand. As close as you could ever be.
Here, you are surrounded by the icons of Singapore’s past, present and future (think Integrated Resorts and more), The Trillium is strategically positioned as a destination that leverages the future.
A Distinctive Lifestyle
Expect to be in good company by those influenced by the quality of their surroundings. By those who perceive the brand to be something more than a name. A distinctive lifestyle is discrimination built on appreciating values that aim high. The Trillium was designed to provide for this aspiration—a sanctuary for those fluent in the ways of the world.
Expansive Space
Space ‘expands’ with airy balconies connecting you with the surrounding environment and space for entertaining and privacy. Placing bedrooms, living areas and services in a U-form frees up space to the maximum – in grand style.
Refresh, Rejuvenate, Recharge
There is every challenge and opportunity here, all set in gloriously landscaped grounds, a veritable Shangri-La of pleasure and opportunity. For those seeking their rejuvenation on a higher level, there is also a mid-tower level sky garden.
Special Design Features
Most apartments have 270-degree views and curved-edged living rooms with panoramic views. All bedrooms are rectangular despite the external curves. Cross ventilation for the living/dining areas and balconies on two sides provide the ultimate comfort. A large kitchen with an island worktop is a special pleasure. And your private lift opens to a balcony view —it has all been thoughtfully planned.
