Time It Takes You To The City, Minutes. Time It Takes Your Mind Off the City, Seconds
Few have the privilege of living just minutes from Singapore’s most bustling shopping belt. Fewer still have the mile-long Orchard skyline trace the windows of their living space. Located at the highest point on Newton, Trilight provides easy access to the Central Business District, just minutes away by car or, if you prefer, by train. Both the Newton and Novena MRT stations are just a short stroll away. Yet, given its proximity to bustling city centres, the development bears surprising peace and calm. Various trees provide a picturesque view from every window, reassuring nature lovers that they needn’t travel out of town to be amidst greenery.
Oscar Wilde once said that the best way to fight a temptation is to yield to it. Here, at Trilight, surrendering to the draws of luxury labels and delectable fare has never been more accessible. After all, the nation’s shopping thoroughfare is but a couple of heartbeats away.
Families, too, will welcome the proximity of the nation’s most prestigious schools — Anglo-Chinese School, St. Joseph’s Institution, Raffles Girls School, and Singapore Chinese Girls’ School, amongst others.
Thoughtful Architecture, You May Lose Yourself In Your Own Home.
Few want of a change in scenery; many seek to get away from it all. Few, however, come home to it all. From brightly hued rustic greens to pulsing City lights, there is much on offer here through an ever-changing skyline and then some. Accordingly, the two 30-storey Trilight towers have been thoughtfully orchestrated to take in all the sights and light the site and its stature so readily afford. Coming home to Trilight, you may not think to take heed of the countless thoughtful touches, the sweeping panoramic view, the sun-bathed rooms, or how the cross ventilation systems offer safe passage to an abiding breeze. It is easy to take the dozens of details for granted, forget them all, and lose yourself in your own home.
May We Recommend Painting Every Room In All Natural Sunlight
There are shades of colours that cannot be painted. Instead, they must be cast. Sunlight it has a remarkable talent for bringing out the best in colours, and some might argue, even the best in spaces and people. Trilight has made a concerted effort to capture sunlight’s every ray, from the layout of each unit to the lay of the land, from carefully captured view corridors to the generous use of glazing. Together, they allow for views out to the surroundings and light into the apartments — a considered approach to open the inside out and bring the outside.
With Sweeping Views, A Change Of Scenery Is Just Across The Room
Consider, if you will, every unit offering a change in perspective. Indeed, Trilight is in a class of its own — one where different points of view can live in harmony. Thanks in large to the unique tri-modular design of — one where different points of view can live in harmony. Thanks in large to the unique tri-modular design of each Trilight tower, each unit has its unique slice of a stunning panoramic view fashioned by the site’s unique height and location. And even within each unit, every room is lavished with its view of the world outside.
To Bring A Home To Life, Let It Breathe, In From One Side, Out The Other
To realise its full flavour, a home must breathe like an excellent vintage bottle. To accomplish just that, Trilight Homes brings to bear a combination of natural cross-ventilation and intelligent layout_ Each of the 205 units is elegantly divided into two areas, the private and the entertainment zones. It’s an intelligent yet straightforward approach to interiors that allows space to breathe and life’s myriad pursuits to live harmoniously. Flanking each unit is an array of full-length windows that allow the living spaces to breathe literally. With air caressing in from one side and out the other, the abiding breeze never fails -to bring with her a breath of fresh air every time.
Rolling Greens. Caressing Winds. Reflective Pools. Come Home To All Five Senses
When was the last time you invited all five senses to come out and play? At Trilight, experience several distinct worlds born of ingenious landscaping, melded around the architectural blocks and over the undulating landscape. Lush greenery and majestic palms fringe the Clubhouse, proof that Shangri-La is no myth. And relieving the tropical temperature are several oases spread generously over the grounds – pools for reflection, exercise or play. After soaking up the great outdoors, a promenade of palms ushers you home through your private elevator.
In All Honesty, The Final touches Are Still Missing, Yours.
