Whizdom The Forestias is the new definition of vertical living, using innovative design to meet your daily need. Therefore, the design of Whizdom The Forestias seeks to create well-being for everyone in and around the project.
The 3 towers of the Whizdom The Forestias are divided into 2 projects:
Whizdom The Forestias: Destinia and Mytopia Towers. These 2 high-rise towers are a perfect fit for couples or families with young kids. Both offer green spaces that will make a great contribution to children’s development, ensuring they grow up in a good environment. Residents will enjoy living independently and privately while getting the most from shared spaces suited to family activities and anything that fits their lifestyles.
Whizdom The Forestias: Petopia Tower. This tower was designed to be a perfect fit for humans and pets. Advanced pet-friendly design lets beloved pets and their owners live happily and enjoy each other’s company.
The residential area’s 3 high-rise towers play a key role in connecting people and natura throughout the design. Located at Bangna – Tard KM7, the project focuses on integrating forest to enhance residents’ quality of life and enable more sustainable living at a convenient location near the city center. Whizdom The Forestias is on the south side of the project. Destnia and Mytopia Towers are close to the Town Center and Six Senses The Forestias. Petopia Tower is near the green space at the heart of the Forestias. The towers face the forest. Higher storeys offer unparalleled views over the tree canopy. Lower levels provide a sense of being part of the forest. Residents will experience an extraordinary lifestyle at this world-class project.
Forest With Boundless Imagination
Whizdom The Forestias consists of 3 residences nestled in over 2,500 sqm of lush forest. The Whizdom Resident Gardens were designed to give residents a sense of being surrounded by nature. The gardens blur the boundaries between human life and natural ecosystems. They allow you to feel the sense of living with the forest at your doorstep.
Petopia Tower at Whizdom. The Foestias is an ideal residence for pet lovers. It began from the idea of a condominium where residents and their pets live together happily, safely, and hygienically. To make this happen, we studied, researched, and collaborated to understand what truly matters for both pets and their owners. The results of this effort are reflected in every detail of this tower.
Overall Design Concept & Front Courtyard
Petopia Tower is a pet friendly condominium. The space, amenities, and materials are all carefully selected and designed for your little friends. In common with the other towers, it still lets you live close to nature. The use of materials like stone and wood reflects the sense of nature and eases maintenance – an essential feature for a pet friendly residence.
Front Courtyard inspired by a vision of embracing 5 senses in the forest and creating a pet-friendly environment, the landscape blends the residential area and the forest. You encounter the 150-meter walking trail and pet stations around the building before entering the Forest Lobby.
One-Bedroom Unit
Each unit is designed in every aspect to be pet friendly. All materials are safe for pets, with vinyl wood tiles that withstand scratches, prevent slipping, and are easy to clean. Living close to nature is another key element in the design. Convenience in living is reflected in the closed kitchen, shoe cabinet, wardrobes, hooks for pet leashes and additional cabinet for pet accessories.
The bathroom also has a pet shower corner, safe for owners and pets. A special feature that we provided is a wicket door. A collar with a sensor connects your pet to the living area and the outdoor terrace. Pets can enjoy fresh air during their time alone and still be safe within the enclosed balcony.
Two-Bedroom Unit
The 2 bedroom unit is ideal for a small family who need that extra space. We provide an indoor pet area next to a balcony with a wicket door, so your pets can enjoy a natural atmosphere outside. The materials are all pet-friendly and east to maintain. Double-layer walls keep out noises from inside and outdoors. The walls ensure a quiet and relaxing time for you and your pet.
Three-Bedroom Unit
With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this unit is perfect for a big family, especially one with small kids and pets. Space is carefully designed so that the living room and the kitchen connect, creating a gathering space for everyone in the family. The double-layer walls keep out noises from the inside and outdoors.
Forest Lobby
The lobby combines stone and wood in complementary tones along with special pet-proof materials such as tiles and vinyl flooring. Every piece of furniture in this tower is suitable for pets, whether fluffly dogs who love to lie down anywhere or cats that enjoy scratching a robe hanging from a floor lamp.
Breakfast Lounge
The ceiling above the long counter is decorated with leaf motifs to give the feeling of sitting under a huge tree. The design combines with the forest view to provide an enchanting atmosphere at breakfast. A large aquatic tank filled with water plants blends perfectly with the wall design at the lobby lounge to further enhance the special mood. The furniture was selected to give a cozy feeling while making the space suitable for your fluffy friends.
Meeting Rooms
Unlike other meeting rooms you have seen, this space offers a full view of the forest. Even the video screen is suspended to avoid blocking the beautiful vista of nature. The room can host up to 20 people. Caramel-coloured furniture and the wooden tabletop give a sense of being part of nature. Most important of all, pets can join your meetings here too.
Co-Living Room
While dogs play outside, cats have their own heaven in this room. A cat house is the center of this space. Cat owners can leave their pets in this room during the day. Another option is to bring your book or laptop and work or relax here too. The furniture is mainly aqua blue, adding fun and energy to the room.
Forest Lounge
The Forest Lounge at Petopia Tower makes the best use of its location closest to the forest. In place of the wood and stone found in the other lounges, the decoration feature pale wood and green marble. Residents can stop by for a short break or linger here all day. With a long counter bar and semi-outdoor garden, it is also a perfect place for your barbecue party. And this is where you can savor the most stunning view of the forest.
Fitness
Equipped with every exercise machine you might seek, the fitness area was designed to make users active. What’s more, the windows offer an impressive panorama of the forest, as if you were running among trees.
Relaxation Room
Just as cats have their own room, so do dogs. Owners can bring their dogs to this relaxation room or sit here and watch them play in the garden. With a wood herringbone floor and mountain graphics on special glass, the furnishings are designed to be suitable for pets.
Swimming Pool
With its stunning view, the 29-meter pool offers the extraordinary sensation of swimming over the green panorama of the Forestias. You and your family can also relax in a 20sqm Kids’ Pool and Jacuzzi.
