Reinforced concrete using Grade 40 and Grade 30 concrete manufactured from ordinary Portland cement complying with S.S.26, steel reinforcement bar complying with S.S.2 and welded steel fabric complying with S.S.32. The slab of the residential blocks consist of prestressed concrete half planks and cast-in-situ topping.
