Site To Yield Around 325 Units
The Urban Redevelopment Authority(URA) has announced the sale of a new residential site at Toh Tuck Road. It is one of the sites listed in the confirmed list this first half of 2017 under the government land sales program. With a location in a low-rise private residential enclave, this land parcel offers a serenity rarely seen in heavily urbanised Singapore. Another contributing to this tranquillity is the proximity to Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. One of Singapore’s richest and most diverse ecosystem, the nature reserve is only a mere 2 minutes drive away.
Although tucked away and nearby a nature reserve, the completion of the new downtown line at Beauty World grants immediate convenience. Be it going to the downtown core at Marina Bay Sands or the newly opened Hillion Mall at Bukit Panjang. Everything you need is just a train ride away.
In line with the lower density housing that is a characteristic of the Upper Bukit Timah Area. The new development will see a maximum building height of 5 storeys. Although only restricted to just five storeys, the relatively large site area of 18,721.4sqm will ultimately yield around 325 homes. The tender for this 99-year leasehold plot will close on the 11th April 2017.

More information on this residential plot is available at URA’s website.
